Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 15 days to process your order. Many items are in stock and ready to ship, but some items are still in production. All customized items will begin production very soon after your purchase. Expect an email with tracking information to let you
know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up by appointment at either our workshop or our shipping warehouse. An email will be sent to discuss time and location to pick up.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days of product completion using UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
All orders over $50 will ship for free with an economical shipping service. Please feel free to consider a shipping speed upgrade during checkout.
